Where the data comes from

Company records shown on this site are derived from public extracts of the Malta Business Registry (MBR), the official body responsible for the registration of companies in Malta. We currently index 2,479 companies, last refreshed on 21 September 2026.

What we publish — and what we deliberately don't

We publish company-level facts (name, registration number, type, status, registered address, incorporation date) and officer names and roles, matching what the public register discloses.

We do not publish officers' residential addresses, postcodes, or nationality, or shareholder cap-table detail, even where our source extract contains it. This is a deliberate data-minimization choice, not a limitation of the underlying data.

Accuracy & freshness

Company statuses and filings can change at any time. Our data is refreshed periodically and may not reflect the most recent filings. For any legal, financial, or contractual decision, always verify current information directly with the official Malta Business Registry.
